Producer/Director Trish Dolman founded Screen Siren Pictures Inc. in 1997 and has been working in Canadian film and television for fifteen years.

In 2001/2002 Trish produced the award-winning feature film Flower & Garnet, directed by Keith Behrman for CBC, TMN, Movie Central, Odeon Films and Alliance Atlantis. Flower & Garnet screened at numerous international film festivals including Berlin (Panorama Special Section), Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Karlovy Vary, Pusan, and MOMA: Canadian Front. The film has won several awards including the Claude Jutra Award for Best Direction of a First Feature Film at the 2003 Genie Awards.

Trish has produced and/or directed for AETN, APTN, BBC, CBC, CTV, Global, TVO, Movie Central, TMN, W, The Biography Channel, the Discovery Channel, Vision TV, Knowledge Network, SCN, Odeon Films, Alliance Atlantis, Fireworks International, Peace Arch Entertainment and the National Film Board of Canada. Her television producing credits include 7 documentary one-offs including Ice Girls (Director), Exit Kingsway (Director), Britannia Beach (Producer), The Friendship Village (Executive Producer), Drawing Out the Demons: A Film About the Artist Attila Richard Lukacs (Producer) and the four part Gemini nominated documentary series Girl Racers.

In 2006, Trish produced Breaking Ranks, a feature documentary, which premiered at the 2006 Montreal World Film Festival, the feature length musical drama The Score, nominated for two Gemini awards and Luna: Spirit of the Whale a television movie for CTV and Peace Arch Entertainment starring Adam Beach, Graham Greene, Jason Priestley and Tantoo Cardinal premiered in 2007 on CTV and at numerous children’s film festivals. Currently she is in post-production on the documentary Reservation Soldiers for CTV, APTN, SCN and KN.

In 2003, Trish was the youngest ever to be awarded Woman of the Year from Women in Film and Video Vancouver. She was also honored as Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin La Grand Dame 2003 Woman of Distinction. She is an active member on the board of the Canadian Film and Television Producer’s Association (CFTPA) and volunteers for Lion’s Bay Search and Rescue.
